Refund policy

All of our items are made to order and we really hope that you love them. If you are not completely happy with your items please contact us at hello@butterfliesandbeetles.co.uk to give us the opportunity to resolve any issues.

Items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed and unworn. Once we have receive the items back and inspected them, we will let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Unless the item is faulty, the customer will be required to pay the return postage.
